Ultra-Spill Pallet Economy Was Developed To Meet Tight Budgets For Spill Containment
Effective spill containment doesn’t have to cost a lot of money. Ultra-Spill Pallet Economy was designed to help meet spill containment regulations without breaking the bank. Constructed using recycled resin, these spill pallets are built economically with a maximum capacity of 2 or 4 drums. An optional drain allows any spilled contents to be easily removed.
By storing 55 gallon drums or other containers of oil or hazardous material on a spill pallet, incidental leaks or drips will be captured in the 66 gallon sump. The all-polyethylene 2ft x 4ft removable grate keeps stored drums above any spills. Ultra-Spill Pallet Economy can easily be moved, relocated, or transported with a pallet jack or forklift. An optional ramp is available with the 4-drum model for easier loading, unloading, and drum handling.

Cross of Life Structural Design
The pallet incorporates an innovative “Cross of Life” internal support system, specifically engineered to preserve structural integrity under heavy loads. The molded LLDPE cross connects all four sidewalls, channeling downward forces from the grates toward the center of the pallet. As weight increases on the top surface, the Cross of Life design counteracts lateral sidewall deformation, effectively pulling the walls inward and preventing sagging over time. This design ensures consistent performance, durability, and long-term load-bearing capacity.
