Cubetainer Stackable Lube Oil Storage Tanks and Systems

Cubetainer Tanks offer a comprehensive solution for fluid storage and management, addressing issues related to mess, waste, safety, efficiency, and compliance. Cubetainer Stackable Lube Oil Storage Tanks and Gravity Feed Systems provides a cost-effective, space-saving, and environmentally conscious alternative to traditional 55-gallon drum storage systems.

Cubetainer presents a range of advantages that can significantly improve fluid storage and management. One of the stackable tanks’ primary benefits is the elimination of the challenges often associated with 55-gallon drums. These challenges include messy clutter resulting from drum storage, the common presence of unused product in seemingly empty drums, and the risk of potential contamination due to outdoor drum storage. Additionally, the task of moving and transporting large and awkward drums can lead to downtime and even worker injuries, which the Cubetainer Tank aims to mitigate.

By opting for bulk fluid storage with the stackable Cubetainer Tank, operations, auto service shops, quick lube stores and even fleet operations can achieve cost savings in the long run. The initial investment in this efficient fluid storage solution allows for the consolidation of multiple Class IIIB fluids, such as motor oils, lubricants, hydraulic fluids, ATF, antifreeze, and diesel exhaust fluid. This not only reduces costs but also minimizes waste generated by single-use packaging. Furthermore, the innovative design of the Cubetainer Tank optimizes valuable shop space, enabling the creation of additional revenue-generating areas or the expansion of service bays.

Benefits of Cubetainer Stackable Lube Oil Storage Tanks and Systems

Eliminate Hassles of 55 Gallon Drums

  • Messy clutter from drum storage
  • Unused product in each “empty” drum
  • Potential contamination from outdoor drum storage
  • Down-time moving 55 gallon drums
  • Potential injury and workers comp claims from moving awkward drums
  • Buy in bulk: reduce your total fluid expenses
  • A one-time, cost-effective investment will store multiple Class IIIB fluids such as motor oils, lubricants, hydraulic fluids, ATF, Antifreeze, DEF and many other fluids. A refillable bulk storage system also reduces waste from packaged goods.

Optimize Valuable Shop Space
Our space saving stackable fluid systems can open up valuable floor space to allow for additional revenue producing shop work space or the expansion of the number of service bays.

Flexibility to Move Fluids throughout Your Shop or Forklift Tanks into Trucks
Convert a stationary tank into a portable storage system for point-of-use dispensing with an 8in caster wheel kit.

Secondary Containment
Provides a clean and safe barrier between the tank and the environment for EPA and SPCC Compliance. Primary tanks combined with secondary containment provide a clean, space saving solution to meet SPCC guidelines 40 CFR 264.175, with a requirement of a vessel with 110% capacity of the primary tank’s capacity.

Cubetainer Tank Specifications

Featuring a convenient 2in center fill port, Cubetainer tanks are constructed with virgin high density FDA compliant polyethylene resin. These translucent tanks have both molded-in and inked fluid level markers that allow for visual fluid level inspection without the need for external site gauges. Stackable Cubetainer Tanks all feature 2″ top opening for pump or vent application, 1″ upper side opening for desiccant breather or remote fill, and a molded in 1″ brass drain opening. The larger capacities feature 6 molded-in brass inserts allowing for a side mount pump plate to be directly attached to the tank. The 120 Gallon Cubetainer tank is 30.5″ H and can fit through 32in doorways.
