Constructed entirely from linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE), the IBC Pallet offers excellent chemical compatibility and long-lasting durability. The low-profile design, measuring 26 inches in overall height, facilitates safe and convenient handling of IBC tanks during dispensing and storage operations. The all-polyethylene construction ensures resistance to chemical corrosion and prevents rusting, providing a maintenance-free solution for demanding industrial applications. The unit’s large grated deck, 52 inches by 52 inches, accommodates a wide range of IBC containers while maintaining an overall compact footprint of 62 inches by 62 inches, optimizing floor space.

Cross of Life Structural Design
The pallet incorporates an innovative “Cross of Life” internal support system, specifically engineered to preserve structural integrity under heavy loads. The molded LLDPE cross connects all four sidewalls, channeling downward forces from the grates toward the center of the pallet. As weight increases on the top surface, the Cross of Life design counteracts lateral sidewall deformation, effectively pulling the walls inward and preventing sagging over time. This design ensures consistent performance, durability, and long-term load-bearing capacity.
