Models are available in configurations for 8, 12, 16 and 20 drums, and extender kits allow the system to expand beyond 20 drums when additional capacity is required.
Constructed entirely from polyethylene, the Ultra Hard Top Spill Pallets Plus systems are resistant to a wide range of chemicals and will not rust or corrode in outdoor environments. The LLDPE resin includes a UV inhibitor that protects the material from sunlight exposure, ensuring long term structural performance and stability. These characteristics make the units suitable for year round outdoor use in facilities that manage chemical storage, waste collection or spill response materials.
The containment pallets feature a low profile height of 8 3/4in. This design keeps drum tops at an accessible working level, improving ergonomics during fluid transfer, pump use and funnel placement. Roll top covers lift easily from waist height, offering quick access to drum tops while maintaining weather protection and security when closed.
