This Pneumatic Oil Filter Crusher is designed for Truck, Diesel and SUV Oil Filters up to 10"H x 7"Diameter.

The Pneumatic Oil Filter Crusher is manufactured to be used with an optional Oil Filter Crusher Stand.

Reduces filters by 75% of original size, and removes 95% of the free-flowing oil so it can be recycled.
Large crushing chamber: accepts filters up to 10"H x 7"Diameter.
Only one moving part, a 2″ shaft.
7 tons crushing force.
Safety door – crusher will not operate if door is opened.
Cycle time: 27 seconds.
Air requirement – 125 to 175 PSI.
Air regulator not needed.
Oiler and lubricator not needed.
All parts in contact with air are rust proof.
Overall size on optional stand: 75″ high, 36″ wide, 26″ deep.
12″ Flexible drain hose included.

Bolt crusher stand with vibration pads to the floor (bolts not provided). Tighten bolts firmly, approximately 1 to 2 turns past hand tight – do not overtighten.
Place crusher on stand.
Bolt crusher to stand using four 1/2" x 1 1/2" bolts, 1/2" nuts, and 1/2" locking washers (provided). Tighten firmly, approximately 1 to 2 turns past hand tight – do not overtighten.
Connect drain hose and adaptor to the bottom of the crusher – tighten firmly, approximately 1 to 2 turns past hand tight.
Place waste oil recovery drum underneath crusher stand.
Connect air hose to shop air using a quick coupler or union
